Rie Morita

Hello. I am Rie Morita, from Tokyo, Japan, and I am a Japanese language teacher with more than 4 years of experience. The most important thing in my class is that my students enjoy the lessons and feel that they are getting closer to their own goals in every lesson. In my class, I try not only to teach the language but also to share Japanese culture through learning the language. By using my original lesson materials, games, videos, and comic books, I always try to make our lessons as fun as possible.

I had been working as a professional ballet dancer until recently, and I have been working as a language teacher as well since 2020. Recently, I changed my career and became a full-time Japanese teacher. I have been teaching all levels, from beginners to advanced, both online and face-to-face. I can teach a variety of subjects, from serious classes such as JLPT exam preparation and Japanese university entrance exam preparation to Japanese language classes that can be used while traveling. My hobbies are dancing, cooking (especially Japanese food), and traveling.
